  PLEASE NOTE: There will be a $59.00 application fee added to each loan up to $4,999.99; $69.00 application fee for all loans $5,000 to $9,999.99; $79.00 application fee for all loans $10,000 and over, and $99.00 application fee for all loans $30,000 and over

  -.25% will be reduced if the member has a checking/savings account with over $100.00 for the previous year.

-.25% will be reduced if the member scores 660 or more on their Beacon Score from the credit report.

+.50% will be added to any rates if Beacon Score is 611-659.

+1.00% will be added to any rate if the members Beacon Score is 609-590.

+2.00% for Beacon Scores between 570-589.

+3.00% for Beacon Scores 569-550.

*Above certificate rate / All quoted rates are Annual Percentage Rates.

*Member must have a beacon score on his/her credit report of 680. Only on signor needs to quality.

*1.00% APR will be added to above application rate for each 20 point reduction in beacon score of 620

There will be an application fee of $99.00 per loan.

Rates below 620 beacon score and all other loans will be calculated by our present rates passed by the Board of Directors 10/01/2006.
